Drawers are easily removed by pulling the drawer out until it stops.  Lift up slightly to remove.  To replace drawer, place drawer in opening of roller above and let the wheels drop down then slide the drawer in.  Drawers hav a positive stop and will not pull out completely unless lifted up.  The cabinet doors are easily adjusted with setscrews in the hinges, to obtain proper alignment. Cabinet should operate properly under normal use.  Doors, drawer fronts, and handles should be level and even.

1. Color, Wood Species, Style, Etc.

The color selection and specifications sheets are the responsibility of the homeowner, as to the door style and stain color of cabinets in the home.

2. Wood Grain

Readily noticeable variations in wood grain and color are expected in all style selections.  Replacements will not be made due to such variations.

3. Surface Damage

Chips, scratches, and other surface flaws noted on the initial homeowner orientation list will be repaired.  Any chips, scratches and other surface flaws after the orientation are responsibility of the buyer.
